The 'Evil One' Strikes Again

Police are baffled as to how the serial criminal known as "The Evil One" has once again made it's way into the Hackham Detention Centre undetected to carry out yet another grave attack on the detainees. It is believed "The Evil One" deposited a cup of milk into the detainees cell, making it difficult for them to see without pressing their faces up to the glass. Police are yet to question "The Evil One" about the incident.
